The co-op provides allowances for the following household items. The budget ammounts are recaluclated at the end of the financial year with the rest of the co-op finances. The following budgets took effect from April 1st 2026 .
Regarding item lifespans and replacements, records are kept of purchases and replacements so please check with the maintenance coordinators or office staff for dates relating to items in your household.
